Sign-in and password

I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. Open the email from Edu Code League, tap Reset password and create a new password on the web page.
My reset link has expired
Each link works once and for a limited time. Request a new link in the app and use the most recent email.
I did not receive the email
Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email address is correct. If it is still missing, email educodeleague@gmail.com.

Premium and payments

I paid but do not have Premium
Open the Premium screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple ID or Google account you used to pay.
Cancel auto-renewal
On iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next charge.
Request a refund
Apple or Google processes each payment, so refunds follow the store policy. For the App Store, use reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, request it from your Google Play order history.

Tyms and reward videos

How to get Tyms
You get new Tyms every day. When you run out, watch a short video to the end to get 5 Tyms. You must wait at least 5 minutes between two rewards.
The reward video does not load
Check your connection and try again in a few minutes. You must watch the whole video to receive the Tyms.

Leaderboards and schools

My school or province is wrong
Go to Profile → Edit school. If your school is not listed, type its name manually.
How are leaderboard points calculated?
Each correct answer in a test is worth 10 points. Leaderboards are split by school, province and nationwide.

Report a content error

A question or answer is wrong
Email educodeleague@gmail.com with the course, lesson, question number and a screenshot. We check it and fix it in the next content update.

Account and data

Delete my account
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account, or use the Delete account page.
