Account

Delete your Edu Code League account

You can request deletion by email, in the app or with the form on this page. Every method deletes the same categories of data.

Option 1: In the app

  1. Open Edu Code League and sign in.
  2. Go to the Settings tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
Cancel Premium first

Deleting your account does not cancel Premium. Cancel renewal in the App Store or Google Play first.

What we delete

  • Your profile: name, email, phone number, date of birth, avatar, school, province and ward
  • Learning progress, answers, test and mock exam results
  • XP, streaks, Tyms, stars and leaderboard positions
  • The push notification token of your device

What we may keep

  • Purchase records that Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep under their own policies
  • Data that the law requires us to keep, only for the required period
  • Anonymised statistics, such as score distributions, that cannot identify you

How long it takes

A request submitted in the app or on this website locks the account immediately. For email requests, we lock the account after verifying and accepting the request. We fully delete the data within 30 days after confirming a valid request.
